It accurately and effectively delivers the correct amount of grease to a specific point by using electromechanical operation to dispense the lubricant. You can either mount this dispenser directly or remotely onto your bearing housing for versatility. It can operate for up to 12 months thanks to its SKF dial-set software, which sets the device to deliver grease at a steady pressure of 5 bar. This makes it a good choice for use in applications where continuous greasing is essential, or in hazardous areas where direct greasing is difficult or dangerous.

Adjusts dispense rates according to varying temperatures to prevent over-greasing and under-greasing

Transparent reservoir and LED (light-emitting diode) indicator let you easily determine grease levels and lubricator status

Applications

Assembly lines

Automotive industry

Industrial machinery

What temperatures can I use this lubricator at?

The lubricator is suitable for use at temperatures ranging from 0°C to +50°C.
