It adjusts to the diameter of your shaft, giving you wider diameter tolerances. You can use this sleeve with plain shafts or stepped shafts, so it's a versatile option. The sleeve is simple to install – when using a plain shaft, you can mount the bearing at any position on the shaft. When using a stepped shaft, you can use an L-shaped spacer ring to position the bearing accurately, making it easier to mount and dismount. This means that there's no need to machine the shaft seat, saving you time and effort.

Adjustable to shaft diameter

Suitable for use with plain or stepped shafts

Easy to install

Mass of 8.9 kg

Application Information

Industrial machinery

Conveyor belts in packaging applications

Sliding door construction

When should I use a bearing adapter sleeve?

You'll commonly find this sleeve used for split pillow block bearing housings to lock a bearing onto the shaft.
