Simply push it into the bore of the bearing to reduce the clearance from the shaft and achieve a tight fit. The sleeve features a duct with G 1/4 thread for oil injection, which virtually eliminates friction and makes dismounting easy. It has a bore diameter of 220 mm, with a small taper to an outside diameter of 240 mm for easy fitting to standard equipment.

Coated with a solvent-free rust inhibitor to prolong the life of the product

Oil injection method makes lubrication easy

Bearing can be mounted at any point on the shaft

Application information

Automotive workshops

Rotating industrial machinery

Wind turbine industry

How do I mount a tapered bearing using a withdrawal sleeve?

Coat both mating surfaces with a thin layer of light oil then push the bearing onto the sleeve.
