The Ultralite Paving Slab is tough, durable and vibration absorbing for for holding units. The light weight means that they are easily transported and carried which makes the installers job an faster and more efficient process. 600mm x 600mm (24" x 24") The Ultralite® Slab looks and performs like a concrete slab, the light-weight being only 12kg makes it very easy to handle and transport. These products are ideal for mounting air conditioning units and domestic air source heat pumps. Chemical Resistance: In normal usage conditions the equipment pad can be exposed to a variety of chemicals. The Ultralite pad has been fully tested in accordance with ASTM D2299 for resistance against: all refrigerants, compressor oils, salt solution and synthetic canine urine. Freeze / Thaw Testing: The Ultralite™ pad has been independently tested to the rigorous freeze-thaw regimen specified by
ASTM C67. This standard dictates a twenty-five cycle freeze-thaw sequence. The freeze portion of the sequence takes place with the top surface of the pad under 12 mm of water. Once twenty five cycles are complete the pad is examined for cracks and crazing. The Ultralite™ pad performed flawlessly. Construction: Encapsulated polystyrene core, Fibre reinforced cement coating, Outside slurry coating with texturing. Key Product Features: Safe working load – 56 kg per 50 mm diameter.
