This angular contact bearing from SKF is designed to support both radial and axial loads. It comes with an inner raceway of 120 mm and an outer ring raceway of 260 mm, which are displaced relative to each other in the direction of the bearing axis. This allows it to handle forces acting simultaneously. By increasing the contact angle, you can also increase the bearing's axial load carrying capacity.

Single-row design allows versatile use and offers a long service life

Cylindrical bore type is easy to fit

Open end type allows regreasing

Angular contact bearings compensate internally for angular misalignment and accommodate axial shaft expansion, which makes for quiet, cool running

Application Information

High-speed applications, for example wind turbines

Gearboxes and electric motors, particularly in cars

Machine handling processes

Are angular contact bearings the same as spindle bearings?

Yes, a spindle bearing is another name for an angular contact bearing.
