It measures your set-up's dimensions with short sweeps of 40°, so it quickly detects errors and supports efficient troubleshooting. Thanks to a wide measuring distance range of 0.07 to 5m, this is a versatile choice. It averages readings for your system's dimensions over time to compensate for minor disturbances, giving you more reliable results. As the unit has a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, there's no need to connect it to a power supply, so you can move freely around your workspace to take measurements.

Features & Benefits

Alignment reports can be exported as PDFs for convenient review and annotation

Generates virtual 3D hardware models that fully rotate to reflect live installation for thorough inspection

Supplied in a robust carry case with pre-moulded sections for safe storage

Battery life of 8 hours for long-lasting use in the field

Applications

Electric motors

Paper production

Aerospace applications

How do I control this alignment laser?

You can control this unit using SKF's shaft alignment app, which lets you conveniently operate your system from your tablet or smartphone.

SKF Shaft Alignment Tool TKSA 51

The TKSA 51 shaft alignment tool from SKF provides high measurement flexibility and performance suitability.
