It prevents your bearings from shifting along their shafts, putting the brakes on movement issues to cut the risk of downtime and machine damage. There's no need to track down washers for this unit, as its built-in set screw takes locking tasks in hand without the fuss of other components. Four slots around the lock nut's edge make it a breeze to tighten in place with a hook spanner (204-4542). As it's reusable, this product's a handy choice for long-term bearing support.

Features & Benefits

Accommodates axial static loads up to 91.5kN for use in heavy-duty applications

Set screw tightens with a screwdriver, so you can adjust it without the need for special tools

M55 thread size for compatibility with standard components

Applications

Domestic appliances

Food production

Automotive manufacturing

How does this assembly lock on to my equipment?

This unit uses friction to lock to your shaft, so it's recommended for use only on dry shafts or those with minimal amounts of lubricant.

https://tiedex.co.uk/fr/products/skf-bearing-lock-nut-and-locking-device-bearing-assembly-kmk-11_kmk-11
