Need an easy way to mount rotating parts in a mechanical power transmission system? Opt for this pillow block bearing unit from SKF. Simply fix it to the support base using the two sturdy bolt holes on either side of the housing and it's ready to go. This robust piece of kit features SKF's ConCentra locking, so getting a tight concentric fit around the shaft is a cinch. As this distributes locking force evenly over the contact surface, it helps reduce vibration and fretting corrosion, keeping your gear in tip-top condition for longer.

Features & Benefits

  • Robust cast iron housing material can handle the most demanding industrial environments
  • Hefty 30.7kN dynamic load rating is well suited to heavy-duty settings
  • Maximum speed of 4800r/min for compatibility with medium-velocity equipment

Applications

  • Agricultural machinery
  • Construction equipment
  • Heat treatment apparatus

How can I make sure the rolling parts stay well-oiled in this unit?

To keep the balls rolling smoothly in this pillow block, regular re-greasing is a must – and thanks to the handy relubrication hole and grease fitting, it couldn't be easier to top up lubrication levels if they're running low.
