International Shipping and Customs Information
International Shipping & Customs Information
All orders are dispatched directly from the United Kingdom.
When your shipment arrives in the destination country, it may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees, depending on local regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your parcel reaches your country, the courier (such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx) will contact you with instructions on how to pay any applicable customs charges. This is usually done via email or SMS, and your parcel may be held by customs until payment is completed.
Customs duties are typically applied when the value of goods exceeds the duty-free threshold set by your country’s customs authority. These thresholds and rates vary by destination.
