You can mount the block on a foundation using the bolt holes, and use it as a support for your bearing. This keeps the outer ring of the bearing stationary while allowing the inner ring to rotate. The housing helps minimise leakage of lubricant, ensuring your bearing runs smoothly and efficiently. The design gives you access to apply grease, for easy maintenance without the need to dismantle your setup.

Cast-iron construction for strength and durability

Split design makes it easy to fit onto pre-assembled shafts

Through shaft/shaft end mounting offers versatility

Applications

Packaging equipment

Construction machinery

Heat treatment systems

What's the difference between a plummer block and a pillow block?

Plummer blocks and pillow blocks are made to a similar design and do a comparable job in supporting and housing a bearing.
