It has an insert bearing set in a square housing that lets you quickly mount it to a shaft. Thanks to its rugged steel body, this assembly stands up to impacts and corrosion. A robust seal and flingers on both sides help shield it from dirt and moisture. To cut friction out of the picture, the bearing comes pre-greased. A built-in relubrication hole lets you top up the grease to keep everything running smoothly.

Features & Benefits

h6 shaft tolerance means it can handle some deviation

Dynamic load rating of 52.7kN and static load rating of 36kN to support heavy mechanical loads

Hardwearing cast-iron housing resists mechanical wear

Applications

Automotive engineering

Conveyor systems

Construction equipment

Power stations

What's the speed capacity of this bearing?

This bearing has a limiting speed of 3,400r/min, so you can use it with a high-speed rotating shaft with minimal risk of overheating.

How do I mount this bearing?

You can achieve a firm fix by inserting M10x1 set screws through the four pre-cut bolt holes in the housing.
