The housing is shaped to fit in a take-up frame and features a bracket to help you hook up the travel rod and nut. This enables you to slide the bearing unit forward and backward, making it easy to adjust the tension of your equipment. As the housing is made from cast iron housing, it's rigid and strong, so it has no trouble taking the strain of rollers and wheels to a dynamic load rating of 43.6kN. The bearing insert supports these loads to keep your machinery turning efficiently at speeds up to 3,600r/min.

Features & Benefits

Insert sleeve extends on both sides for easy mounting and extra shaft support

Set screw fixings ensure installation is speedy

Relubrication feature helps to keep the unit running friction-free

Applications

Assembly lines

Agricultural machinery

Hoists

Milling

Does this bearing unit need much maintenance?

The unit comes with a seal and flinger, meaning contaminants are kept out and minimal maintenance is needed.
