Non-stackable pallets are not compatible with its standard processes and can place its equipment, personnel, and other shipments at risk.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003eHow it is charged\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003ePer FedEx UK, effective 5 January 2026 the Non-Stackable Surcharge applies to packages containing at least one non-stackable piece, skid, or pallet, and is charged once per shipment even when multiple non-stackable pieces are bundled together. Other FedEx services may assess it on a per-freight-handling-unit basis.
