The spherical rollers are separated by a guide ring that helps maintain their position, so the unit can accommodate initial misalignment for greater ease of use. It comes pre-lubricated with grease for quick and simple installation. The contact seals on both ends hold lubricant in the workings while keeping contaminants out, reducing maintenance downtime and extending the lifespan of the unit. Thanks to its high static load rating of 108kN and its dynamic load rating of 107kN, you'll find this bearing suitable for demanding industrial applications.

Limiting speed of 3200rpm (rotations per minute) for high-speed applications

Tough steel material is resistant to corrosion and heat, so safe to use in harsh environments

NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) seal material is resistant to oils and moisture for effective protection

Lubrication hole for easy regreasing

Applications

Food packaging

Hydraulic pumps

Mining equipment

Marine industry

How should I mount this roller bearing?

When mounting spherical roller bearings like this one, ensure that the housing or shaft is in a horizontal position.
