This hydraulic hose assembly provides a high-pressure fluid connection for industrial systems, combining a robust external cover with a quick-release fluid coupling to serve automation and mechanical installations. It is engineered for use where a durable, connection-ready hose is required for transferring hydraulic media under demanding operational conditions.
Features and Benefits
- Steel-reinforced construction delivers enhanced pressure containment and durability • Rated for 1500 bar enabling use in high-pressure hydraulic circuits • Quick connect female coupling allows Rapid connection and disconnection • Metric cone female thread M16x1.5 ensures standardised mating with equipment • Operates across a wide temperature span from -30°C to 100°C for varied environments
Applications
- Suitable for hydraulic actuators in automated production lines • Ideal for mobile plant requiring frequent hose changes • Used with hydraulic test rigs and pressure calibration equipment • Can be used for integration into industrial hydraulic manifolds
What external protection does it provide against mechanical damage?
The hose features a steel outer cover that shields the internal reinforcement from abrasion and impact.
How does the connection Interface support sealing integrity?
The metric cone female M16x1.5 thread coupled with a cone-style mating surface provides a metal-to-metal seal compatible with cone fittings.
What is the nominal overall length of the assembly?
The assembly is supplied with an overall length of 3000mm to suit installations requiring a 3 m connection.
Is the hose suitable where environmental restrictions on materials apply?
The construction complies with RoHS, indicating restricted substances are controlled in its materials.
What outside dimension should installers allow for routing and clearance?
The hose has an outside diameter of 24mm, which informs bend radii and clamp spacing during installation.
