Handle both axial and radial loads at high and very high speeds with this deep-groove ball bearing from SKF. Noise and vibration are kept to minimal levels thanks to the high-grade steel balls and smooth surface raceway, which ensure efficient operation with little maintenance. The unit is built using bearing steel, a smart metal alloy that won't corrode and offers heat resistance and durability. This makes it well-suited for use in high-temperature environments.

  • Open-end type provides greater versatility in situations where contamination from moisture and solids is possible
  • Static load rating of 76.15 kN (kilo newtons) and dynamic load rating of 119 kN allow for heavy-duty application
  • Cylindrical bore type makes mounting and installation simple

Application Information

  • Motors and gearboxes
  • Household appliances
  • Food and beverage industries

Does this device pose a threat of electric discharge?

No, you're assured of safety as this ball bearing complies with British and EU electrostatic discharge standards.

Should I use oil or grease to lubricate this single-row ball bearing?

Grease is generally the preferred lubricant for open bearing like this one. That's because it's easier to apply and doesn't need to be sealed in the housing.
