This angular-contact ball bearing from SKF combines internal and external rings to accommodate simultaneous radial and axial loads. It minimises friction, which allows it to run smoothly at optimal speeds. A 40° contact angle makes it an especially stable option for rolling movements involving large one-directional axial forces. As this product is part of SKF's Explorer performance class, you can also be assured it's a safe, durable choice for high power-density tasks.

Features & Benefits

  • Mechanically robust to support speeds of up to 11,000r/min without failure
  • Dynamic load rating of 36.5kN indicates tolerance for very high forces when in motion
  • No lubricant required means reduced maintenance needs and low environmental impact
  • Fatigue load limit of 1.1kN, so withstands very heavy loads with minimal risk of metal failure

Applications

  • Electric motors
  • Industrial generators
  • Vehicle hubs
  • Metal rolling mills

What's the meaning of this product's universal matching?

Bearings designed for universal matching are intended for use in sets. You can mount them adjacent to one another for improved load distribution in your complex bearing assemblies.
