This adapter sleeve is a precision mechanical component designed to enable secure interfacing between machine spindles and mating parts. It serves as a coupling element in industrial assemblies where a threaded connection and a controlled internal bore are required, facilitating alignment and torque transmission in workshop or production environments.

Features and Benefits

  • M100x2 thread provides standardised connection for threaded spindles
85mm bore ensures accurate seating of shafts and tools
67mm overall length delivers Compact axial engagement

Applications

  • Suitable for joining threaded spindle tooling
Used with rotating shafts requiring tight bore fit
Ideal for machine tool retrofit and alignment tasks

What exterior dimension affects clearance within housings?

The sleeve has a 90mm outside diameter which determines the necessary housing bore for installation.

How does the thread form influence assembly?

The M100x2 threaded Interface allows consistent axial positioning and torque transfer when mated with corresponding threaded components.
