This radial spherical plain bearing is designed for demanding applications requiring robust performance. With a bore size of 45mm and an outside diameter of 68mm, this bearing is engineered for precision and durability. The dry lubrication system ensures maintenance-free operation, making it an ideal choice for various industrial and mechanical uses.
Features & Benefits
- Maintenance-free design utilises dry lubrication
- Triple-lip seals ensure effective sealing performance
- Large dynamic load rating of 360 kN enhances application strength
- Supports radial internal clearance for better operational efficiency
Applications
- Suitable for heavy-load industrial machinery
- Ideal for rotating in the automation sector
- Utilised in precision equipment within the mechanical field
- Effective in environments requiring high-performance efficiency
What are the advantages of the maintenance-free design?
The maintenance-free design eliminates the need for regular upkeep, saving time and reducing operational costs. This feature is particularly beneficial in systems where accessibility for maintenance is limited.
How does the design reduce friction during operation?
Utilising a combination of steel and PTFE fabric creates a low-friction interface, allowing for smoother movement and reduced wear over time. This enhances overall system efficiency and prolongs the bearing's lifespan.
What is the significance of the sealing solution employed?
The triple-lip seal design effectively prevents contaminants from entering the bearing while retaining lubrication, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging environments. This is essential for maintaining the integrity and safety of the machinery involved.
