Seeking a simple way to mount a rotating rod in your industrial system? Turn to this pillow block bearing from SKF. Its extended inner ring means you don't need additional washers or spacers to mount your shaft, so you can get your equipment set up and spinning in a snap. There are two pre-drilled holes in the base that let you securely bolt the unit onto a flat surface, so it won't come loose when things get shaky. A static load rating of 23.2kN and a dynamic load rating of 35.1kN mean it'll bear up under heavy loads.

Features & Benefits

  • Limiting speed of 4000rpm for use in high-speed applications
  • Cast iron housing is resistant to impact and corrosion
  • Sealed, pre-lubricated bearing to cut down on maintenance needs
  • Supports movement in constant and alternating directions for versatile use

Applications

  • Conveyors
  • Construction plants
  • Packaging industry

How do I mount a shaft in this unit?

After sliding your shaft through the central hole, you can lock it in position by tightening the set screw on the inner ring for a speedy set-up.
