To start, pour in the 100% natural flavoured hard-wood pellets into the hopper. From there use the simple controls to start your fire. The auto auger will introduce the pellets to the fire pot. The fan then allows the correct amount of air to feed the fire to obtain the temperature selected. All this can be monitored and changed from your WiFire App at any time from any where! Traeger has made it easy to get the best results possible. 

Take your pick of grilling, smoking, baking, basting, braising and traditional BBQing, the Traeger does it all. You can upload any recipe from the extensive catalogue on the Traeger Phone Application to set the cooking program for your cook. Alternatively you can simply enter the temperature and timing yourself through it's simple controls. You can also use the BBQ itself if phone control is to not to your taste where the easy to use control system sets temperatures and sets times too. Temperatures range from 75 degrees Celsius to 260 degrees Celsius.
