This hydraulic hand pump provides portable, manual pressure generation for high-pressure hydraulic systems used in industrial settings. It combines manual and pneumatic actuation for applications requiring controlled pressurisation up to very high working pressures, and is intended for field and workshop use within automation, electronics, electrical and mechanical disciplines.
Features and Benefits
- Maximum operating pressure 3000 bar enabling high-force testing and actuation
Two-stage operation delivering fine control and Rapid advance
Displacement per stroke 0.83 ml for precise volume control
3/4 in G threaded port allowing secure system connections
Aluminium construction reducing overall handling weight
Air-assisted pump type supporting Faster cycle rates
Applications
- Suitable for pressure testing hydraulic components and assemblies
Ideal for manual actuation of test rigs in production lines
Used for controlled pressurisation of electrical switchgear hydraulic actuators
Can be used for calibration of sensors and transducers under load
Used with bench-top fixtures in electronics assembly for force-based operations
What materials make the pump lighter for site work?
The main body is fabricated from aluminium to lower mass for portability.
How does the pump connect to hydraulic circuits?
It uses a threaded port conforming to the G thread standard with a 3/4 in G size for fittings.
What are the handling dimensions relevant to transport?
The unit measures 405mm in length, 202mm in height and 171mm in width for storage planning.
How much does the unit weigh for manual carriage?
Its mass is 21 kg which informs lifting and transport considerations.
What operational modes does the unit support?
It operates as a manual hydraulic pump with air-assisted capability to enhance pumping cycles.
