Keep the wheels of your material handling setup turning with this flanged bearing unit from SKF. It comprises a cast-iron housing with an insert bearing and an inner ring with eccentric locking. This makes it a robust assembly that's ideal for use in applications where the direction of rotation is constant. The bearing gets a firm grip on your machine shaft, holding it steady to minimise the chances of misalignment. As it supports dynamic loads up to 30.7kN, it safely carries heavy products to their destination. You can mount the unit in no time thanks to its two simple bolt holes. As the bearing is sealed, the debris you'd expect in an industrial setting is firmly locked out.

Features & Benefits

  • Eccentric locking collar cuts down on interference from vibration
  • Housing made from resilient cast iron to stand up to impacts
  • Grease port for handy relubrication
  • Performs reliably in temperatures between -30°C and +100°C

Applications

  • Manufacturing industry
  • Oil and gas processing
  • Plastic production

What's the limiting speed of this bearing?

This bearing has a limiting speed of 4800r/min, so it's just the job for mid-paced tasks.
