This digital pressure gauge provides precise pressure monitoring for industrial environments, delivering reliable readings across a wide measurement range while operating under typical ambient conditions. It is intended for use where compact, handheld or panel-mounted instruments are required in automation, electrical, electronics and mechanical settings.
Features and Benefits
- High-accuracy 0.1% measurement for precise process control • Measures down to 0.01MPa enabling fine low-pressure detection • Maximum range to 100MPa for high-pressure applications • Fibreglass case offering mechanical resilience and reduced weight • G1/4 connection facilitating straightforward system integration • Rated for use up to 50°C for common industrial temperature limits
Applications
- Suitable for calibration of hydraulic test benches • Ideal for pressure monitoring in actuator systems • Used with pneumatic rigs requiring low-pressure sensitivity • Can be used for maintenance checks on high-pressure lines • Suitable for integration into panel assemblies in control cabinets
What dial size should I expect for clear visibility during inspections?
The instrument features a 79mm dial providing a sizeable display area for easy reading in workshop and plant environments.
How does the product handle mechanical shock or drop testing?
It conforms to IEC 60068-2-29 procedures for shock testing, indicating resistance to defined impact levels used in industrial qualification.
Which dial colours are available to aid Visual identification in multi-gauge setups?
Two dial face colours are offered, blue and black, to help differentiate circuits or media at a glance.
What connector specification is used for plumbing into existing systems?
It employs a G1/4 threaded connection compatible with common industrial fittings and adaptors.
