This grease is a lithium-calcium complex lubricant formulated for industrial machinery and component lubrication. It is presented in a beige, semi-solid form and supplied in a pail for workshop and plant use. The product is intended for applications where sustained lubrication performance is required across a range of operating conditions.
Features & Benefits
- Operates up to 120°C providing high-temperature stability and protection
Remains functional down to -20°C enabling low-temperature starts
400mm²/s viscosity at 40°C supports load carrying capacity
25mm²/s viscosity at 100°C maintains lubrication under heat
**Applications**
- Suitable for bearings in automation equipment requiring pumpable grease
Ideal for electrical motor bearings subject to elevated temperatures
Used with conveyor and gearbox bearings in mechanical plants
Can be used for sliding elements in Electronic Assembly machinery
Suitable for general-purpose lubrication in electrical switchgear housings
Is this product suitable for food processing lines?
No, it is not classified as food-safe and should not be used where incidental food contact may occur.
How is the grease packaged for storage and handling?
It is supplied in an 18kg pail designed for workshop dispensing and bulk storage.
What thickening system does it use and why does that matter?
It employs a lithium-calcium thickener, which offers a balance of mechanical stability and improved water tolerance for industrial environments.
How does the consistency affect application methods?
The NGLI1 grade provides a softer consistency that facilitates central lubrication system pumping and manual application in colder conditions.
