Need to support both radial and axial loads in your industrial equipment and machinery? Use this spherical roller bearing from SKF. It has a row of tapered cylindrical rollers inclined at an angle towards the bearing's axis. This allows a rod or shaft to rotate at high speeds with minimum friction, for smooth performance and minimal surface damage. The angled rollers can handle axial shocks and thrust loads, and the strong outer-ring raceway supports high radial force. This is a self-aligning bearing, so it can handle shaft deflections and initial misalignment, so it's quick to install and easy to maintain.

  • Static load rating of 2500 kN means that you can use the bearing for heavy-duty applications
  • Maximum speed of 2600 r/min, supporting high-velocity rotary motion
  • Stainless steel material is highly durable and resistant to oxidation, so the product will have a long lifespan

Application Information

  • Material processing
  • Mining applications
  • Renewable energy generation
  • Manufacturing equipment

How does this product support loads from both directions?

The tapered rollers in this product are inclined at an angle that meets at the bearing's axis. This channels radial force towards the axis, increasing the product's strength in that direction, allowing it to handle both overhang and thrust loads.
