Looking for an energy-efficient bearing to support fast-rotating mechanical components? The low-friction design of this deep-groove ball bearing from SKF reduces power use and cuts down on noise. It also keeps abrasion to a minimum, so the unit operates at a lower temperature and lasts longer. The heavy-duty steel construction resists wear and ensures high rolling fatigue strength. You'll find bearings of this type commonly used in pumps, gearboxes and industrial fans.
- No lubrication is required, reducing maintenance cost and time
- Low vibration to reduce noise and enable high rotational speed
- Easy to mount because of its simple design
Application Information
- Agricultural equipment
- Lathe machines
- Automotive industry
- Food manufacturing
What is this deep groove ball bearing used for?
It's used to transfer motion, transmit forces and prevent direct metal-to-metal contact in machines. This bearing connects two machine parts that move relative to one another.
Is the bearing resistant to corrosion?
The steel bearing material can withstand corrosion from moisture and other substances. It's suitable for use in gas, food processing and other demanding applications.
