This hydraulic quick-connect coupling provides a secure, detachable fluid connection for high-pressure hydraulic systems, designed for industrial automation and mechanical applications. Machined in steel, it is intended for use where a female cone connection and DIN ISO threaded Interface are required, operating reliably across a wide temperature range.
Features and Benefits
- Rated for 300 MPa maximum operating pressure to support demanding systems • Operates from -30°C to 100°C for broad environmental compatibility • Female cone connection ensures leak-minimised mating under pressure • DIN ISO threaded Interface simplifies integration with standard equipment • M16x1.5mm female thread provides a common connection size for plant use • RoHS compliance reduces presence of restricted substances in assemblies
Applications
- Suitable for high-pressure test rigs in hydraulic research facilities • Ideal for mobile hydraulic systems in industrial machinery • Used with automated production lines requiring quick disconnects • Can be used for service and maintenance of hydraulic actuators • Used for plant installations where DIN ISO threaded fittings are standard
What material is the connector MADE from and why does it matter?
The body is steel which provides mechanical strength and wear resistance for repetitive coupling cycles.
Which thread standard does it follow for compatibility?
It uses a DIN ISO threaded form so it mates with industry-standard threaded components.
How does temperature range affect selection for outdoor use?
The -30°C to 100°C rating means it remains functional in cold starts and elevated heat near hydraulic power units.
Is the coupling suitable for critical high-pressure shutdowns?
With a 300 MPa maximum working pressure it is suitable for systems designed to operate at comparable pressures when used within specified limits.
Selection guidance
- Review the manufacturer specifications for compatibility with your equipment.
- Confirm the required dimensions and fitting arrangement before ordering.
- Check the intended operating conditions against the product documentation.
