What are the load ratings and how do they affect performance?
The basic dynamic load rating is 26kN, while the static load rating is 19kN. These ratings indicate how much load the bearing can handle under dynamic and static conditions, ensuring reliability in various operational scenarios.
What type of maintenance is recommended for optimal performance?
Regularly inspect for wear and tear and ensure that connection points are properly secured. Reapply lubrication as needed to maintain efficient operation and longevity.
How does the material choice impact the bearing’s applications?
The stainless steel construction enhances resistance to corrosion and wear, making it suitable for environments with moisture or where hygiene is essential, such as the food and beverage sector.
What installation requirements should be considered?
Ensure the correct mounting holes are available for attachment bolts of 12mm diameter. The recommended tightening torque for the grub screw is 6.5N·m for optimal performance.
