What load capabilities should be considered for this bearing?
The static load rating of 200kN and dynamic load rating of 189kN make it suitable for high-load applications, thereby enhancing reliability in demanding operational environments.
How does the design influence its performance in machinery?
The tapered design allows for reliable alignment and smooth rotation, effectively distributing load across the roller elements, which contributes to longevity and reduced wear.
What specific temperature limits can be expected while using this bearing?
While the exact temperature limits are not specified, it is crucial to consider ambient conditions in operations to avoid exceeding general tolerances for rolling bearings to ensure optimal performance and lifespan.
How does the sheet metal cage impact overall functionality?
The sheet metal cage design helps maintain bearing spacing, allowing for effective lubrication and minimising friction, thus improving the overall performance and efficiency of the bearing.
What factors should be considered for installation in machinery?
When installing, ensure proper tolerances and alignment are adhered to, as specified in the tapered roller bearing dimensions to achieve the desired fit and functionality within the machinery.
