Damage Product Need to be reported within 1-5 working days from time of delivery, free return not available, if any product damage in transit you have to claim with courier yourself, we can provide necessary document, you have to report to carrier immediately. for claim  

You cannot cancel any orders when in transit, DHL, FedEx or ups will charge you for return fees, import rate apply, when importing from another country, shipping fees will not be refunded.

We are not responsible for Courier Delays, all international shipment tracked, you can track shipment in Realtime, we only Using DHL, FEDEX or UPS for International Shipment. Unless Customer requested. Normally DHL FEDEX Or UPS delivery Internationally within 2-7 Working Days, Depending on Country Zone. if your shipment didn't receive within 7 working days, there are some reasons, 1. customs clearance not in our control, 2. customs duties and tax payment delays, 3. Uncontrollable factors Like weather, Flood, storms Flight Delays something like that. You need to be patient on this case, If courier Send Any Email You have to follow the instruction, including duties and tax. 

Sea Freight Take 4 to 8 Weeks, you have to check your email instantly an email come from sea port Authority. They will email as soon as product ready for clearance, some case you have to find your own brokers for clearance.
