The barbecue reaches cooking temperature within minutes. Its patented airflow control allows you to achieve the right temperature to within a few degrees and maintain it with accuracy. The ConvEGGtor, included as standard, opens up a world of culinary possibilities by allowing you to cook indirectly. The clever ceramic insert essentially turns the EGG into a convection oven, circulating heat around the dome and protecting food from the direct heat of the fire below. This means that as well as grilling, you can roast, slow-cook, smoke, bake and more.

The patented ceramics, covered in a British Racing Green coloured glaze, are the same as those used for NASA space shuttles, so this is a barbecue that not only looks attractive but is built to last.

The outside of this exceptionally well-insulated ceramic EGG doesn't get as hot as traditional metal barbecues, meaning it's safer to use, especially if you have children around. The exterior wipes clean with ease while inside, residual heat burns away any leftover grease, just like a self-cleaning oven.
