Worried about shuddering in your industrial equipment? Choose this bearing unit insert from SKF and cut vibration out of the equation. It's made from cast iron, which provides high tensile strength for resistance against mechanical stress and corrosion. Thanks to a built-in grease fitting, relubrication is simple and you can give wear and tear the slip. As the unit is sealed to prevent dirt and debris from getting inside, you can depend on it for long-lasting performance. To get the insert up and running, simply screw it into place using the two predrilled bolt holes.

Features & Benefits

  • Pillow block design supports bolted installation onto surfaces such as runners or structural support units
  • 36,000N static and 52,700N dynamic load ratings, so suitable for heavy-duty applications
  • 60mm inside diameter for use in compact equipment

Applications

  • Centrifugal separators
  • Cereal mills
  • Industrial fans

What's the limiting speed of this device?

This device has a limiting speed of 3,400r/min, meaning it can support rapid rotation without generating damaging levels of heat.
