This oil dispenser is a Compact HDPE container designed to deliver controlled lubricant flow for industrial maintenance and assembly tasks. It uses a stretch spout LID with an extended 12mm outlet to enable precise pouring into confined or hard-to-reach locations. The body is manufactured from high-density polyethylene and is suitable for lower-viscosity oils (below ISO 220), making it applicable where accurate, manual oil application is required.
Features & Benefits
- 12mm outlet ensures accurate low-viscosity oil delivery
Extended spout reaches confined or awkward access points
HDPE construction offers chemical resistance for workshop environments
Compatible with matching oil-handling containers for quick fitting
**Applications**
- Suitable for manual lubrication of small electric motors and actuators
Ideal for precision oiling of gearboxes and bearings in automation lines
Used for targeted oil application during electronics assembly and maintenance
Can be used for machine-room servicing where confined access occurs
What fluids are appropriate for use with this container?
It is intended for oils with viscosity lower than ISO 220 and is not recommended for fuels or solvents due to material compatibility limits.
How does temperature affect handling and performance?
The material maintains functional integrity across an operating range of -40 to 80 °C, allowing use in cold stores and warm plant rooms.
What colour options are available to aid workshop organisation?
The LID is offered in multiple colours, with this variant supplied in yellow to assist identification and segregation.
