To keep your system running like clockwork, install this roller bearing from SKF. It uses cylindrical rolling parts to reach limiting speeds up to 12,000r/min, so suits the fast-paced machinery found in processing and manufacturing industries. The unit's detachable design means it's simple to mount and maintain. You can use this roller bearing to accommodate axial displacement in both directions. A dynamic load rating of 56kN means it takes the strain of heavy components without breaking a sweat.
Features & Benefits
- Unsealed design means it's easy to relubricate
- Sheet metal cage is heat-tolerant, so suited to high-speed operations
- Two outer flanges secure the bearing's position during installation
Applications
- Automotive industry
- Aerospace engineering
- Manufacturing facilities
What is a parallel bore?
A bearing with a parallel bore, like this one, has an inner diameter that's consistent from one side to the other. This design accommodates misalignment without letting it impact the bearing's performance.
What's the difference between limiting and reference speeds?
The limiting speed is the maximum rate a bearing will go for short periods of time, while the reference speed is how fast it can continually operate without stopping.
