For smaller shipments, we offer a bespoke crate delivery service. We can manufacture, pack, and store your goods securely in custom wooden crates, ensuring optimal protection during transit. Crates are not included in the product cost and are billed separately based on size and material. You’ll receive a detailed electronic invoice via Tiedex.co.uk, allowing secure online payment and full order tracking.

Other than special loads all export sea freight goes by container vessels via either full (FCL) or part loads (LCL).

A choice of 20-foot or 40-foot containers can be arranged at either the dock, a warehouse depot or your business facilities.

• This is a trackable Port-to-Port sea freight service.
• When booking a Port-to-Port sea freight service you are required to enter the contact and address details for both sender and receiver, as you would for door-to-door service.
• This information will be used to process Customs Clearance declarations ONLY and should NOT be seen as an indication that we will collect the goods.
• Upon booking completion, you will receive clear written instructions containing the full address of the location where you’ll need to deliver your freight.
• The receiver is responsible for the payment of duty, taxes, local port charges and collection from the port.
