This hydraulic hand pump is a portable manual unit designed to deliver high-pressure fluid for industrial tasks in automation, electronics and mechanical settings. It operates as a two-stage pump to generate fine control at high pressures while being manually actuated for field or workshop use.
Features and Benefits
- Two-stage displacement provides coarse and fine control for precision work
Maximum operating pressure 1000 bar enables high-pressure applications
Usable oil capacity 250 cm3 reduces refill frequency during tasks
Maximum handle effort 300 N limits user strain during operation
Port size 1/4 in G allows straightforward connection to standard fittings
Steel construction offers robust durability for repeated use
Applications
- Suitable for pressure testing hydraulic components in production lines
Ideal for calibrating pressure sensors and transducers
Used for manual actuation in maintenance and repair of hydraulic systems
Can be used for bench-top assembly tasks requiring controlled high pressure
What stroke volumes does it provide for different pressure ranges?
It delivers a larger stroke of 5 ml for Rapid oil displacement and a finer stroke of 0.5 cm3 for precise pressure increases during high-pressure adjustments.
How portable is the unit for site work?
The pump weighs 4.5 kg and its Compact footprint supports easy transport and handheld positioning for on-site maintenance.
What thread standard is used for the hydraulic port?
The fluid connection uses a G-thread standard to match common BSP parallel fittings and accessories.
What are the overall external dimensions to consider for storage?
The pump is configured with a length of 385mm, a height of 145mm and a width of 95mm for space planning.
