The ConvEGGtor is a clever ceramic insert that turns your Egg into a convection oven, for baking, slow-cooking, smoking and roasting outdoors. The three-legged design stimulates heat circulation around the Egg, just like a convection oven, without exposing food to the direct heat of the fire burning below. Use the ConvEGGtor with the legs down and it's compatible with the Big Green Egg Baking Stone on top for pizzas, plancha cooking and baking. With the legs up, it's compatible with a Big Green Egg Stainless Steel Grid on top for roasting and slow-cooking.

The Egg reaches cooking temperature within minutes. Its patented airflow control allows you to achieve the right temperature to within a few degrees and maintain it with accuracy. This makes it ideal for a host of cooking tasks, from grilling bangers and burgers to smoking ribs, cooking pizzas or even roasting chickens and turkeys.
