It has a capacity of 1.7 litres, so you can boil enough water for plenty of drinks. The boil dry protection will prevent the kettle from heating up if there's no water inside.
It doesn't matter if you are right- or left-handed, because there's a 360° rotational base. Even if you live in a hard water area, the removable filter prevents limescale from entering your drink.
