It simultaneously extracts stale air from the internal environment whilst recovering valuable energy to maximise efficiency and minimise energy use. The core exchanger uses thin paper to achieve high enthalpy exchange efficiency. The Fujitsu Air Conditioning UTZ core is made from a water resistant paper core and sits at the heart of the system. Constructed in a corrugated form and layered in alternate directions, the core allows a cross airflow to maximise heat recovery without the supply and exhaust air mixing,
ensuring only fresh air is introduced into the home. Includes free cooling option, if the outside ambient air is cooler than the internal air. Recovers up to 77% of the heat in the outgoing air. The quiet operational noise allows low-noise operation.
