Hyundai HYMIG200I 200 Amp Pro Series MIG Welder 240V~50Hz is listed for TieDex store sale under Hyundai MIG/ARC Welders. The brand/vendor is Hyundai. This listing has been prepared with structured product information, clean import fields, image mapping, and SEO-ready content for online selling.
The HYMIG-200I is a heavy duty and incredibly versatile single phase MIG/MMA welder from Hyundai. The HYMIG-200I is capable of welding mild steel from 0.8mm to 8mm. Weighing only 48kg, the HYMIG-200I is easy to transport thanks to its mounted handles on the heavy duty steel case with powder coated finish for extra corrosion resistance and trolley wheels with Gas bottle holder at rear. Accessories include MIG welding torch with 3m cable, earth clamp with 2.5m cable and brush. The HYMIG-200I MIG welder features a stepless regulator for infinite variable control of the welding current with a low current facility for effective welding of thinner materials. The welding (output) current of the HYMIG-200I can be regulated within the range of 50-200 Ampere making the HYMIG-200I adjustable to suit welding different materials and thicknesses of steel. Beware of lower quality models
by always checking the ‘Duty Cycle’. Duty cycle is the amount of time, within a 10 minute period the welder can be used, on a given output. For example, this 200A welder has a duty cycle of 60% when used on 200A output (MIG). This means it can be used for six minutes in any ten minute period. Cheaper, lower quality welders claim to be a certain Amperage output, but can have a very low duty cycle on the output they have claimed. Always check the duty cycle to ensure you are getting the best value for money. Fitted with thermal overload protection to ensure maximum durability. Suitable for welding steel, stainless steel, copper, nickel, titanium and their alloys. Suitable for fabricators, farmers, home mechanics, auto and mobile technicians and DIY enthusiasts the HYMIG-200I is a good all rounder for
welding with applicable wire size of 0.8mm Flux or 1.0mm Solid Core. The HYMIG-200I features high frequency starts allowing for smooth arc strikes. With low service and maintenance requirements, the HYMIG-200I is incredibly easy to use and maintain, and has full Hyundai UK parts back up. In the box: MIG welding torch with 3m cable, earth clamp with 2.5m cable, mask and brush. Know your welder: (MMA) Manual Metal Arc - Manual Metal Arc Welding (MMA) or (MMAW) Manual Metal Arc Welding is flux shielded arc welding or informally known as stick welding, is a manual arc welding process that uses a consumable electrode covered with a flux to lay the weld. (TIG) Tungsten Inert Gas - Tungsten Inert Gas Welding (TIG) or (GTAW) Gas Tungsten Arc Welding is an arc welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to
produce the weld. (MIG) Metal Inert Gas - Metal Inert Gas Welding (MIG), (GMAW) Gas Metal Arc Welding or (MAG) Metal Active Gas is a welding process in which an electric arc forms between a consumable wire electrode and the workpiece metal(s), which heats the workpiece metal(s), causing them to melt and join. Covered by Hyundai UK 2 year warranty.
