This oil dispenser is a handheld HDPE container designed to deliver precise lubricant transfer in industrial settings. It provides a controlled pour for lower‑viscosity oils and is suitable for maintenance tasks where access is restricted. The dispenser is built from high‑density polyethylene to resist many chemicals and is supplied with a stretch spout LID in red for accurate delivery.
Features & Benefits
- 12mm outlet for controlled low‑viscosity oil flow
Stretch spout reaches confined or recessed areas
HDPE construction for wide chemical resistance
Operates between -40 to 80 °C for varied environments
Compatible with standard oil‑handling containers for easy interchange
**Applications**
- Suitable for lubrication of electrical connectors and terminals
Ideal for precision oiling on robotics and automation assemblies
Used for servicing bearings and moving parts in mechanical systems
Can be used for routine maintenance in electronics production lines
What types of fluids are appropriate for use with it?
It is intended for lower‑viscosity lubricants (less than ISO 220) and is not suitable for fuels or solvents.
How does the LID design aid accuracy in tight spots?
The stretch spout provides a longer, flexible delivery tube and a 12mm opening to direct a narrow stream into hard‑to‑reach locations.
Is the body resistant to chemical attack during workshop use?
The high‑density polyethylene material offers substantial chemical resistance against many oils and additives commonly used in maintenance.
Can it integrate with larger storage systems for bulk use?
The LID is compatible with matching oil‑handling containers to facilitate transfer from larger vessels to the dispensing bottle.
