One-Touch cleaning system The One-Touch cleaning system has a lightweight, high-capacity aluminium ash catcher that lifts out for easy ash disposal and cleaning.

Smoke settingThe 'smoke' setting on the bowl vents gives you even more control of the heat in your barbecue to create ideal temperatures for smoking and roasting.

Porcelain enamel finish The lid and bowl have a rust-proof porcelain enamel finish and the lid features a built-in thermometer. Cooking with the lid down reduces flare-ups to cook more evenly and thoroughly and it seals in smokey barbecue flavours. The lid handle has a heat shield so you can use it safely.

Gourmet Barbecue System The Gourmet Barbecue System (GBS) hinged stainless steel cooking grate is compatible with a menu of Weber specialist accessories such as pizza stones, griddles, casseroles and poultry roasters (sold separately). The accessories give you a range of cooking options from making breakfast and simmering soups to preparing a perfectly crispy pizza in your barbecue.
